The Ocean Shores/North Beach Chamber of Commerce is pleased to continue the great tradition of people working together to achieve goals they cannot achieve on their own.  Businesses that belong to the chamber routinely demonstrate their interest in giving back to the community that gives to them.  As such, we encourage your ongoing patronage of all the North Beach area companies listed on this website.

With thousands of visitors a year, the Ocean Shores/North Beach Chamber of Commerce is certainly an organization that values the contributions our chamber members provide to the community’s infrastructure.  The North Beach area is—without a doubt—one that relies on tourism, and each year to that end, the chamber sponsors a variety of events designed to support local businesses and organizations and bring visitors to this beautiful area in which we live, work, play and shop.

For example, more than 10,000 people enjoyed our Third Annual Razor Clam Festival in March! The Annual Flag Day Parade in June had close to 700 parade “participants” registered this year and is enjoyed by thousands of spectators.  Our Shop Ocean Shores for the Holidays promotion draws lots of shoppers to the participating businesses and gives them an opportunity to win cash prizes as a result of their patronage and support.

Other annual events, such as the Food Bank Benefit, provide funds for vital community programs and have been well supported by our local citizens and the business community.

The Chamber also sponsors Boulevard Banners and an active Ambassador Program that supports the Business of the Month and ribbon cuttings for new businesses

Our members benefit from their investment in the chamber in a variety of ways:  Advocacy—a voice heard by our city council, year-round referrals, free exposure on the North Beach's #1 website, a monthly newsletter, a free listing in the business/membership directory and the Getaway Guide, use of our Bulk Mail Permit, numerous networking opportunities and representation on numerous boards and city committees—just to name a few.
