Nov. 4: The Aberdeen Lions Club presents its 13th annual Toast the Harbor Food & Wine Festival at the Quinault Beach Resort from 1-8 pm. Patrons will be able to taste wines from a dozen different wineries, beer from two breweries and spirits from a local distiller, plus shop at many different food and retail vendors. Nov. 17-19: The Elma Bazaar Weekend/Craft Fair will feature crafts, gifts, and food at Elma Grange and locations downtown. You don’t want to miss Elma’s Christmas and Holiday Bazaar Weekend. Start early and pick up the map of bazaars, in the drop box, at Elma Visitors Station, corner of Main and 3rd Streets. There are eight bazaars that have published information. Nov. 18-19: Tis the season for the Country Christmas Bazaar at the Grays Harbor Event Center in Elma. The event is a hand-crafted Bazaar featuring pottery, quilts, stained glass, furniture, baked goods, floral, toys, decorations, jewelry and much more. Details: ghcfairgrounds.com

Dec. 2: Join the South Beach Buccaneers for Santa by the Sea, as they welcome Santa to the Westport Marina at 10:30 am. Delivered to shore by the US Coast Guard, he will be escorted to the Destruction Island Lighthouse Lens Exhibit Hall on the grounds of the Westport Maritime Museum by cheering children and the Westport Fire Department. You can visit Santa in the Lens Building; bring your camera and capture the fun. Dec. 9: Festival of Lights returns to Montesano. Highlights of the festival include singing Christmas carols, a Jingle Bell Jog, a Santa Pancake Breakfast, craft fair, scavenger hunt, Cocoa building stations, great food and vendors, and of course, a lighted holiday parade with floats, marching bands and logging trucks, fire engines and other vehicles bedazzled with thousands of colorful lights.
